Northwest Natural Gas
Oregon Low Income Energy Efficiency (OLIEE)
Assists low-income customers by reducing their natural gas needs through the installation of energy efficient equipment and weatherization measures. The program is applicable to qualifying low income customers who own or rent gas heated single-family or multifamily dwellings.
