Central City Concern (CCC) provides a comprehensive range of services including housing, healthy and recovery assistance. It is a Federally Qualified Health Center and operates at multiple sites across the Portland area. CCC provides safe and supportive housing, health care, mental health, meaningful employment, and peer support. The Recovery Center also offers a culturally-specific addiction treatment service to African American clients.
CCC certified Alcohol & Drug Counselors are highly trained and committed to successful treatment and outcomes.

ChangePoint currently offers several treatment programs for youth and adults in multiple languages. We are licensed to offer Chemical Dependency treatment for Washington and Oregon as well as Batterer Intervention programs in Oregon. CODA offers 15 programs at ten sites in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties, and last year we worked with nearly 3,000 people, helping them get the healthcare, treatment, housing and employment they needed in order to reach recovery and sustain healthier lives.
CODA offers outpatient services in Portland, Clackamas, Gresham, Hillsboro and Tigard, where you can meet with counselors, attend groups, and if your health situation calls for it, you can receive medication to block your cravings. CODA also works with people who struggle with mental illness and substance use.
We offer gender-specific residential programs for men and women in Gresham. Our women’s program serves women with small children.
CODA also offers alcohol- and drug-free housing for adults with specific needs.
CVAB is building a better community by providing support and advocacy for individual mental health or addictions recovery and encouraging a life of wellness. CVAB is committed to being the community resource for wellness and recovery through programs that include two Self-Help Recovery Centers, a Warm Line, and the Empowerment, Education and Employment clubhouse program center.
CRC Health Group specializes in substance abuse services. They provide outpatient options for those who enroll.
Treatment programs include Substance Abuse Treatment, Detoxification, Methadone Maintenance, Methadone Detoxification, and Buprenorphine Services.
Payment is accepted at this facility through self payment, medicaid, state insurance (other than Medicaid), and private health insurance.

De Paul Treatment Centers provides drug and alcohol treatment to men, women, youth, and families. We offer a full continuum of care that includes medical detox, residential, day treatment and outpatient programs, family therapy, and treatment of co-occurring mental health disorders.
Adult clients (18 and over) access services at our downtown Portland facility or in Hillsboro.
Youth clients, ages 13-18, receive services at our Youth & Family Center in NE Portland or in Hillsboro.
The downtown Portland facility and the Youth & Family Center also provide treatment for co-occurring mental health issues.
Payment for Services
De Paul Treatment Centers offers a variety of payment options and work with many insurance providers. All outpatient service fees are on a sliding scale for those who choose to self-pay.

Hooper Center provides medical detoxification and stabilization at this critical juncture. There, patients receive 4-10 days of medical treatment for early withdrawal symptoms. A team of registered nurses and technicians provide around the clock medical care, and a physician provides an examination on admissions. Patients meet with a counselor and are referred to available treatment services.
Sponsored by Lutheran Community Services, HopeSpring serves women with children who are victims of domestic violence, in recovery from substance abuse, and/or are homeless. HopeSpring promotes self-sufficiency for homeless women and children by providing housing and social services through a collaborative community effort.
