The Northwest Emergency Food Program provides free food and Internet access to needy families throughout Multnomah County.
The One Life food pantry has been serving clients in Clark County for over 11 years. We are members of the Oregon Food Bank, the Clark County Food Bank as well as participants in the Washington Emergency Food Assistance Program. We provide, once a month, a well-balanced emergency food box to individuals and families who live in Clark County.
The Oregon Food Bank Network provides food to needy families throughout Oregon and Clark County, Washington. Use their website to locate a food bank near you.
Fork It Over! is a program designed to reduce hunger and waste in the Portland metropolitan area by connecting food businesses with food rescue agencies. Outsiders Outreach serves nutritious meals to the homeless in Northwest Portland on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

The PACS Thrift Store provides clothing and household items at extremely low cost.

A number of services are provided by food banks in the Portland Oregon area. Call or stop by a center to get free meals, groceries, or information as well as access to other programs and forms of assistance.
Portland Homeless Family Solutions is a non-profit that runs two homeless shelters for families with children. The Goose Hollow Family Shelter serves as our night shelter while the Thirteen Salmon Family Center serves as our day shelter. Both shelters act as winter emergency shelters.
Families staying at the Shelter are provided a light breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal .They have access to a case worker, internet, showers, laundry facilities, sleeping areas (partitioned for families), and constructive activities for kids. We also maintain a pantry of personal toiletry items and a clothes closet of re-cycled clothing for shelter families.
The Portland Police Bureau Sunshine Division provides food and clothing relief to Portland families and individuals in need.
Food assistance six days a week and 24 hour food assistance through our partnership with the Portland Police Bureau. No-cost, bulk food and food boxes to 15+ local hunger relief non-profits serving Clark, Clackamas, Washington, and Multnomah counties.
New and gently-used clothing. New school clothes for low income children through our Izzy’s Kid’s program which pairs a Portland police officer with a child for a one-on-one shopping experience.

St Mark’s Lutheran Church manages a food pantry that serves residents of the 97206 zip code area.
Food pantry service hours: Friday: 3 pm -6 pm.

The Giving Closet serves those in need in Clark County by providing free clothing, household goods, emergency food, and G.E.D classes.
