In Portland, Cityteam is carrying on the work that the Peniel Mission began, providing hot meals, safe shelter, showers, clean clothing, recovery programs and other essential care to this city's homeless population. A recovery program is in place for those men that are on a road of destruction from drugs and alcohol.

Clark County Crisis Line
The Clark County Crisis Line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide phone triage for crisis calls from children and adults. Professional counselors will answer your call.
Clark County Crisis Services
Services include evaluation and referral to community outpatient and inpatient service delivery systems as well as community supports, including peer support counselors and consumer advocacy organizations. Designated Mental Health Professionals (DMHP) may also initiate 72-hour involuntary holds on those persons deemed a high risk to harm themselves or others, or who cannot provide for their own safety and welfare as a result of being gravely disabled.
Clearview Employment Services is committed to serving people with barriers to employment by helping potential workers build hope as well as job skills, [re]discover personal strengths as well as job interests and, [re]develop faith in their own abilities.
Services include: career counseling, vocationally related case management, support, job coaching, vocational assessment, and/or job development.

CODA offers 15 programs at ten sites in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties, and last year we worked with nearly 3,000 people, helping them get the healthcare, treatment, housing and employment they needed in order to reach recovery and sustain healthier lives.
CODA offers outpatient services in Portland, Clackamas, Gresham, Hillsboro and Tigard, where you can meet with counselors, attend groups, and if your health situation calls for it, you can receive medication to block your cravings. CODA also works with people who struggle with mental illness and substance use.
We offer gender-specific residential programs for men and women in Gresham. Our women’s program serves women with small children.
CODA also offers alcohol- and drug-free housing for adults with specific needs.
