OEAP is a year-round assistance program funded by a state-mandated electric meter charge. To be eligible, you must meet income guidelines and priority is given to customers who may be in danger of disconnection. The program serves low-income households in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.
Self Enhancement, Inc. (SEI), a non-profit organization supporting at-risk urban youth. Working with schools, families and community organizations, SEI provides opportunities for personal and academic success, bringing hope to individual young people and enhancing the quality of community life.
